As an innovation strategist, Taylor is able to articulate a vision with minimal direction. For example, Taylor was responsible for leading and developing a number of our internal innovation mechanisms at Pact such as our global innovation competition, our internal incubator, and our internal hackathon framework. She has excellent project management skills that allow her to mobilize a team to achieve desired goals on time and to a high standard.

As a Design Thinking expert, Taylor has a strong command of the design thinking methodology including human-centered design, service design, and UX design, with the ability to lead teams through the product development process. She has championed and led the development of a number of innovations such as mobile apps and social enterprise products. Taylor has a fantastic attitude and is an exceptional team member. She can easily pivot or course-correct a project when faced with obstacles and can do so with enthusiasm and a can-do, go-getter attitude.

Taylor is my favorite thought leader in the social innovation world. Her ability to simultaneously research and create sustainable business models that work across continents is uncanny. I have had the pleasure of working with her on two projects aimed at educating and empowering entrepreneurs in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her empathy, emotional Intelligence and drive will be assets to any institution. I'm looking forward to seeing the models she develops in the future.

When I think of innovation, I think of Taylor. Taylor and I have collaborated on several projects and I have always been impressed with her ability to design, test, and implement creative solutions to complex problems. She one of the most skilled facilitators I know as well, and never fails to build a personal connection between the information she's presenting and those she is training. I've also seen her leadership skills on display while focusing on projects targeting youth empowerment and innovation. Additionally, I've found that Taylor can expertly navigate the cultural nuances of working in different countries, once again highlighting her ability to build relationships and drive meaningful partnerships.
